Job Summary

Full-time Inner-City Brisbane based position
Leading civil contractor delivering roads urban & civil infrastructure
Projects ranging up to $20M - $200M

Our client is a privately Queensland owned civil construction company who work within resources local authorities and main roads projects across QLD and NSW. With a well-established estimating team led by a highly skilled Chief Estimator we are searching for a Civil Estimator with experience pricing small to medium civil projectsincluding TMR or similar & local council projects. Incorporating multiple disciplines across earthworks drainage concrete slabs / structures and roads for local Australian projects.

While working closely with the estimating team & management team your role will include:

Preparing accurate tenders on projects
First principle estimating
Project programming & analysis of the tender documentation
Utilising estimating software - Expert Estimation

To be successful you must have at least 5 years Estimating experience pricing local civil projects ideally across roads and urban with a proven track record of being able to deliver results. Ability to work autonomously on lower value tenders and with an estimating team across major projects. Relevant degree qualifications desirable - Quantity Surveying Engineering Construction Management or similar. Expert Estimation software experience required.
