Job Summary:

The Sales Manager leads and develops the sales team to achieve revenue targets expand market presence and strengthen client relationships through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead motivate and manage the sales team to meet company goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand into new markets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and partnerships.
- Monitor sales performance budgets and market trends.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts reports and performance analyses.
- Collaborate with marketing operations and finance teams for seamless coordination.
- Conduct training and coaching to improve team performance.
- Represent the company at trade shows business meetings and networking events.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Marketing Business or related field.
- Minimum 58 years of sales experience including 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven record of achieving sales growth and managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Proficient in CRM and MS Office applications.
- Willing to travel or relocate overseas
