Job Summary

Job Title: Italian Speaking Reservations Agent

Location: Malta

Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday between 07:00 and 19:00 shifts vary from 4 to 12 hours

Work Type: On-Site

Salary & Benefits:

Month 1 (Training): 5.60/hour
Month 2: 8.10/hour
After Probation: 8.50/hour
After 12 Months: 8.75/hour (performance-based)
After 18 Months: 9.20/hour (performance-based)
Performance Bonus: Up to 2000/year (pro-rated monthly) eligible after 6 months probation
Commission: Sales-based eligible 2 months after Going Live (post-training)
Language Allowance: 85/month

About the Role:
We are seeking a fluent Italian & English speaker to join our team as a Reservations Agent. You will handle incoming calls assist with reservations deliver exceptional customer service and maximize sales.

Responsibilities:

Convert incoming calls and inquiries into successful reservations
Meet & exceed performance targets (sales call-handling quality)
Track and assist with on-request bookings
Resolve complaints professionally and proactively
Share market insights to improve service quality
Handle cross-market calls and collaborate with other teams
Maintain excellent communication with customers and colleagues

Requirements:

Fluent Italian & English (written & spoken)
Previous customer service or sales experience
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word)
Typing speed 25 WPM
Team player with a proactive approach
