Filinvest Land Inc. a leading and trusted developer in the Philippines is seeking a highly motivated Broker Sales Manager to join our team in Cebu City!

This is a key role focused on expanding our reach and driving sales through effective collaboration with real estate brokers. You will be responsible for cultivating strong partnerships implementing strategies to maximize broker performance and contributing significantly to our sales success in the vibrant Cebu market.

We are looking for a strategic and relationship-oriented leader who will:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with a wide network of real estate brokers in Cebu.
Implement strategies to drive sales through the broker network.
Provide training support and motivation to partner brokers.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through the broker channel.

Qualifications:

A graduate of BS Real Estate Management or any 4-year course
Must have an experience in real estate sales or as Broker Coordinator from a real estate developer
Must have an extensive network of real estate brokers and agents.
Licensed Real Estate Broker is an advantage
