Employment Type:Full-Time
Our dealership is seeking an experienced and motivatedParts Managerto lead our Parts Department. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills a solid understanding of dealership parts operations andexperience with Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram brands is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Parts Department including inventory control purchasing pricing and obsolescence management
- Manage train and motivate parts department staff to achieve departmental goals
- Maintain accurate inventory levels to support service sales and wholesale operations
- Work closely with the Service and Sales departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies OEM standards and safety procedures
- Analyze sales and inventory reports and implement strategies to improve profitability
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely ordering and receipt of parts
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager in an automotive dealership
- Experience with Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram (CDJR) parts systems catalogs and OEM processes strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and dealership DMS software
- Proven leadership organizational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Valid drivers license
