Chief Development Officer
Role Summary
Seeking an experienced Chief Development Officer to lead all fundraising and development efforts for a mission-driven nonprofit. This role drives short- and long-term revenue strategy donor engagement campaigns and organizational sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all fundraising initiatives including annual giving capital campaigns grants endowment and planned giving
- Oversee the development team and retail fundraising operations
- Build and steward relationships with major donors board members and community partners
- Lead donor communications branding and public-facing materials
- Plan and execute signature fundraising events
- Manage donor database reporting and gift agreements
- Partner with executive leadership and the Board on development strategy and reporting
Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience

5 years of fundraising or development leadership experience

CFRE credential required
-
Demonstrated success with donor cultivation campaigns and events

Strong leadership communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office and donor management systems

Salary range: $130000$160000

36-hour work week
