Job Summary
Title: Sales and Logistics Specialist
Employment Type: Contract (6 months)
Compensation Range: $25.00 - $28.00/hr
Location: Santa Monica CA
Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 onsite/2 remote) Monday - Friday 8:00am 5:00pm 40 hours/week

Position Summary
This role supports post-sale execution by managing sales orders coordinating logistics activities and providing customer support related to order status and fulfillment. The position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth order flow between sales supply chain and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and process sales orders in SAP following order confirmation
Release orders and coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to support timely fulfillment
Track order status and provide customers with delivery and shipment information
Support internal sales teams with order data reporting and administrative tasks
Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze sales order and logistics data
Maintain high levels of accuracy across order documentation and systems
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to orders and deliveries
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service sales administration or a similar role
Experience working within a retail sales environment
Working knowledge of SAP
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities autonomously
Clear and professional communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the apparel or fashion industry
Exposure to supply chain logistics or sales analytics
Background in hybrid sales and operations support roles
