- Providing guidance and counsel to clients

- Conducting medical case reviews
- Maintaining professionalism and courtesy with clients and staff
- Exhibiting exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Conducting research and legal analysis
- Negotiating and settling cases in the pre-litigation stage
- Litigating cases
