Job Summary

Position

Senior Litigation Attorney (Full-Time)

Location

Santa Ana CA (Remote / On-site)
(Relocation preferred if not local)

Compensation

$125000 to $150000 base salary
Plus monthly bonus opportunities

Experience Required

Active California Bar license (required)

4 years of civil litigation experience.

Collections litigation and/or judgment enforcement experience preferred

What Youd Be Doing

Manage cases from initial pleadings through resolution

Draft and review:

pleadings

motions

discovery

case correspondence

Handle motion practice and court appearances as needed

Make litigation strategy decisions with internal teams

Post-judgment enforcement work such as:

debtor exams

writs

levies

liens

wage garnishments

Maintain strong documentation and case notes

Support and guide staff (training as needed)
