Job Summary
PSR Specialist Full-Time On-Site (MF)
$18.50$22.50/hour 7.2 hours/day No nights. No weekends.
Hands-on group-based mental health work with some required documentationcompleted during scheduled hours.
Support adults in an on-site psychosocial rehabilitation program through real-life skill building: group activities meal planning & cooking holiday projects gardening and structured daily routines. Learning happens by doing it together with brief daily documentation to capture participation and progress.
Schedule:
- MondayFriday
- 7:48 AM 3:00 PM (7.2 paid hours/day)

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- Bachelors degree in human services or a related field preferred
- Relevant experience in mental health group facilitation education recreation or community programs may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Clubhouse Mental health or PSR experience a plus (training provided).
Computer proficiency including knowledge of Word Outlook and basic computer competency. clinical work experience in a health care residential and/or acute care setting preferred
