Job Summary
Bowser Automotive in Monroeville is seeking a fulltime Cashier/Phone Operator with great customer service and phone skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cash/credit transactions and phone operation for the dealership in Pleasant Hills PA. Excellent communication and organizational skills is a must. Successful completion of pre-employment screenings is required.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Use the credit card machine to complete charge transactions
- Make deposit and balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- Manage phone calls promptly with professionalism and accuracy.
- Ensure that each customer has a positive experience to ensure a high quality CSI.
Hours:
Variable hours Monday through Friday
Every Saturday 8:00am to 5:00pm
