Role Overview
We are currently looking for German-speaking Contact Centre Agents to join our airline project in Malta. This is an on-site role providing customer support to airline customers via inbound contact channels.
Language Requirements
- German: C2 (native or near-native)
- English: C1 (advanced)
Job requirements
- Previous customer service or contact centre experience is an advantage (not always mandatory)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally via phone and other contact channels

Comfortable working with computer systems and CRM tools

Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
