Job Summary

This is an on-site role requiring immediate availability in the local area.

As a Sales and Marketing Agent in Berlin your day-to-day focus will be on driving growth through proactive outreach and strategic communication. You will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities engaging with Dutch-speaking clients to understand their needs and delivering compelling pitches that highlight the value of our solutions

The Role at a Glance

Location: Berlin Germany (On-site)

Language Requirements: C1 Dutch & B2 English

Starting Dates: January 31 2026 or February 28 2026

Salary: 2750 Base Salary

Bonuses: * Language Bonus: 300

Performance Bonus: Up to 687.50

Requirements

To be successful in this role you must meet the following criteria:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales (Experience in Marketing is a significant plus).

Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Residency: You must already be living in Berlin.

Languages: Native-level or C1 Dutch and a minimum of B2 English.

Compliance: There must be a 6-month break since your last employment at a BPO (if applicable).
