About the Role

We are looking for an Advertising Customer Support Representative to provide B2B support to advertisers of a leading international this role you will support advertising products handle product troubleshooting and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across digital advertising channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide B2B customer support to advertisers managing and resolving product and campaign-related issues
  • Handle end-to-end product troubleshooting and customer support cases via email and chat channels
  • Actively contribute from day one to initiatives that enhance service quality and improve overall user experience
  • Own and drive query resolution by collaborating with internal Product Operations and Engineering teams
  • Manage generic technical and product-related queries while ensuring accurate case handling
  • Drive Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) by maintaining service quality throughout the entire case journey
  • Ensure adherence to service levels (SLAs) productivity targets and resolution times
  • Partner with in-house technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features and common issue types

Requirements

  • Spanish: C1 level or higher
  • English: B2 level minimum
  • Previous experience in customer support digital advertising paid campaigns or ad-tech environments
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Professional calm and structured approach
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts

Schedule

Initial schedule (12-hour hoop):

  • Monday to Sunday 07:00 to 19:00
  • Two rotating shifts:

    • 07:00 16:00
    • 10:00 19:00

At a later stage (TBC by the client):

  • 24/7 rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday)
  • 2 rotating days off

Salary & Benefits

  • Base salary: 920 per month (paid 14 times per year)
  • Complexity bonus: 40 per month (paid 11 times per year)
