As a Spanish Customer Support Agent you will:

Handle fraud investigations payment disputes and chargeback cases
Manage complaints and complex customer issues professionally

Requirements Spanish Customer Service Advisor

Fluent Spanish (spoken and written)

English level B2 or higher

Minimum High School Diploma (12th grade)
