We are hiring a Marketing Customer Service Representative (French Speaker) to join a leading international client in Lisbon. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in digital marketing and paid advertising who are looking to grow their career in a dynamic multicultural environment.
Working Schedule

Monday to Sunday 07:00 19:00 (12-hour shifts)

Salary & Benefits

Base salary: 985 per month (paid 14 times per year)

Complexity bonus: 80 per month (paid 11 times per year)

Key Responsibilities

Provide customer support related to digital marketing campaigns via phone email and chat
-
Manage and troubleshoot issues related to paid advertising campaigns
-
Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions in line with procedures

Support campaign management activities and maintain high service quality

Stay up to date with client products social media platforms and digital advertising trends
Requirements
-
Languages:
-
French: C1 level or higher
-
English: Minimum B2 level
-

Mandatory experience in paid campaign management
-
Degree in Marketing or a related field
-
Experience in Digital Marketing
-
Previous experience in a contact centre or service program for an advertising technology company

Strong knowledge of social media platforms and basic understanding of digital advertising

Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to work flexible and rotating shifts
