Requirements
Purpose of the role:
Westfalia Fruit is looking for young talented innovative motivated and ambitious graduates to join our 2026 Accelerated Graduates Programme (AGP). This Programme offers real-world industry exposure structured on-the-job training and extensive learning opportunities within a dynamic business environment. Participants will gain hands-on practical experience develop critical professional skills and build a strong foundation for long-term career growth. The positions will be based in various locations:
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in a structured graduate development programme with rotational exposure
- Apply academic knowledge to practical real-world business operations
- Support daily operational technical or administrative activities within the assigned discipline
- Assist with data collection analysis and reporting
- Contribute to continuous improvement of initiatives
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Participate in training mentoring and development interventions
- Prepare progress reports and project updates as required
Qualification requirements:
Interested individuals must have a BSc BEng BEng-Tech BCom BTech or Degree in the following disciplines or related fields:
- Agricultural Engineering-Tzaneen
- Electrical Engineering-Tzaneen
- Industrial Engineering-Tzaneen & JHB
- Mechanical Engineering-Tzaneen
- Horticultural-Tzaneen
- Agricultural Science-Tzaneen
- Plant Pathology-Tzaneen
- Plant Breeding-Tzaneen
- Health and Safety-Tzaneen JHB & Howick
- Biotechnology/Food Science-Tzaneen & Howick
- Supply Chain/Logistics-Tzaneen
- Finance-Tzaneen
- Communications-Tzaneen
- Social Worker-Tzaneen
Minimum requirements:
- South African Citizen
- Applicants must have completed suitable qualifications within above-mentioned disciplines.
- Applicants must not be older than 35 years of age.
