DescriptionOptimal HR Group on behalf of its clienta luxury fashion company is looking to recruit aClient Advisor for its store inAthens.
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing an exceptional customer service experience by exceeding customers expectations.
- Consistently achieve monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals both quantitative and qualitative.
- Participating inclient events and serving as an ambassador for the company.
- Discussing with clients and giving advice on general trends in the fashion world and developments in the luxury market.
- Maintaining security standards within the store to ensure safety of customers colleagues and merchandisers.
- Contributing to the daily operations of the store.
Requirements - At least one (1) year of luxury fashion sales experience preferably in a similar role
- Proven ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Strong organization skills
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Fluency in English
