Job Description
Sales Representative / Sales Engineer / Business Development Representative is required for a growing hydraulic equipment solutions business.
Sales Representative / Sales Engineer / Business Development Representative will work hybrid covering the central Texas region with a core focus of selling hydraulic products and services into industrial markets. Products include pumps gearboxes and motors.
The Sales Representative will ideally have a background in industrial sales with a focus on hydraulic equipment and services.

Role for Sales Representative / Sales Engineer / Business Development Representative
- Prospect and develop new business through in person visits and relationship building
- Sell a full portfolio of hydraulic products and services including Hydraulic cylinders Hydraulic pumps and motors Rebuild and repair services
- Target industries including Manufacturing Petrochemical Mining Forestry Dirt moving and heavy equipment and Equipment rental companies
- Manage and grow an assigned territory across Central Texas
- Maintain long-term customer relationships and identify repeat business opportunities
- Accurately track sales activity and revenue
Requirements for Sales Representative / Sales Engineer / Business Development Representative
- Proven experience in outside sales in industrial markets
- Willingness to travel extensively within territory
- Driving license with a clean record
- Understanding of hydraulic pumps gearboxes motors or hydraulic cylinders
- Based in central Texas Dallas San Antonio Midland Odessa Houston or Waco
