Tax Analyst

As a Tax Analyst you will report to Finance Manager Tianjin; You will be responsible for all tax-related work. And your location is in Tianjin.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely tax returns for all applicable taxes including but not limited to VAT CIT CT stamp duty Urban maintenance and construction tax Education Surcharge withholding tax etc.
- Collect organize and verify tax-related data and supporting documentation from various sources/departments to ensure the completeness and accuracy of tax filing information.
- Stay updated with latest national and local tax laws regulations policies and industry-specific tax requirements and interpret related impact on the companys operations.
- Work with team and Regional Tax team to establish and improve the companys tax compliance system and operating procedures standardize tax-related processes.
- Conduct regular internal tax compliances audits and risk assessments identify potential tax risk and propose effective preventive and corrective measures to minimize tax exposure.
- Summarize and analyze the results of tax inspections/ tax inquiries document key findings and tax observations from external improvement actions and follow up on the implementation of corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
- Complete other tax-related tasks assigned by the finance manager or senior management.
- Process map and ICSP update and annual review
Qualifications
- No less than 8 years working experience include 5 years experience in tax related.
- Bachelor degree with major of Accounting Finance Taxation or a related field
- Good knowledge of PRC & US GAAP Requirement
- Good understanding of tax regulation
- Good use of MS Office knowledge of Oracle 11i/SAP
