About the Role

This entrylevel Supply Chain Analyst role is ideal for someone who is highly organized detailoriented and curious about how global supply chains operate. You will perform daytoday transactional tasks while supporting a broad range of reporting and analytical activities.

You will collaborate with ESG teams Category Managers Planners and other supply chain functions to ensure accurate data timely reporting and smooth operational support. This role provides an excellent foundation for career development offering exposure to analytics supplier management inventory processes and compliance functions.

What You Will Do

1. Core Responsibility

  • Collect and input data for ESG compliance sustainability conflict minerals and product material content reporting. Maintain related records and compliance documentation.
  • Execute SAP system transactions for suppliermanaged (consigned) raw materials. Contribute to new SAP system implementation and consigned materials related business process change implementation.
  • Review and analyze consigned inventory to identify optimization or utilization opportunities.
  • Maintain and report Harman liability inventory at suppliers; highlight discrepancies and improvement areas.
  • Support inventory controls including reconciliation cycle counts discrepancy checks and data validation.
  • Validate supplier liability claims and assist in coordinating resolution.
  • Track and review inventory carrying charge invoices and cost trends.

2. Growth & Learning Opportunities

  • Work with diverse large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Build repeatable reports detection checks and simple automations.
  • Learn how procurement planning ESG and compliance connect within a global supply chain. Learn how supply chain finance and external suppliers collaborate.
  • Strengthen communication skills through collaboration with global teams and remote leadership.
  • Learn and develop career in the direction of sustainability ESG material compliance audits.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Bachelors degree preferred (business finance economics supply chain or related field).
  • Strong comfort with dataable to collect review and summarize findings.
  • Solid Excel skills and willingness to learn advanced analytics tools.
  • Ability to work with both structured and unstructured data sources.
  • Clear and confident communication skills in English.
  • Curiosity willingness to learn and ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Familiarity with SAP or other procurement/supplychain systems.
  • Familiarity with requirements about sustainability carbon and/or material compliance
  • Exposure to BI or analytics tools (Power BI Qlik Sense etc.)
  • Interest in continuous improvement and data quality.
