The Role:
Were looking for a hands-on Field Operations Supervisor with telecom experience in fiber installation and field management. Youll lead both in-house and third-party installation teams ensuring every customer connection is delivered safely efficiently and to the highest standard. This is a leadership role where your decisions directly impact our customers experience and our operational success.
What Youll Do:
Serve as the primary point of contact between Area Managers and field teams.
Oversee installation service repairs special projects and daily field operations.
Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure compliance with contract standards.
Track and coordinate materials fleet and resources for efficient operations.
Provide coaching performance management and development for field staff.
Ensure site safety quality assurance and customer satisfaction at all times.
Prepare and distribute timely performance reports and identify areas for operational improvement.
Motivate and train staff to meet certification levels and achieve team goals.
What You Bring:
3 years of fiber-to-the-home and telecom field experience.
Supervisory experience (preferred) and knowledge of quality fiber installation practices.
Ability to manage third-party contract labor effectively.
Strong organizational communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office).
Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
Completion of pre-employment requirements including background checks drug screen and motor vehicle records review.
