Our client is a glamorous fine dining restaurant in the heart of Mayfair. They are now seeking an accomplished Head Chef to lead the kitchen as the business enters a new chapter. With a strong reputation for refined service and elegant cooking this is an exceptional opportunity for a Head Chef with a Mediterranean background and strong classical French foundations.
The restaurant operates at a high level catering for up to 250 covers per evening including private dining and is supported by a skilled brigade of 15 to 17 chefs. Experience working within Mayfair in a luxury dining environment is essential for this role.

- 70000 package (negotiable) plus a bonus

Responsibilities as the Head Chef
- Leading the kitchen team across all services including private dining
- Delivering refined Mediterranean-led menus with strong French technique
- Maintaining consistency and precision during high-volume evening services
- Managing kitchen operations standards and team performance
- Working closely with senior management to uphold the restaurants reputation
Youll be a great fit if you:
- Have proven experience as a Head Chef in a fine dining or luxury restaurant
- Bring a strong Mediterranean background supported by classical French training
- Are confident managing large teams and high cover counts
- Have experience working in Mayfair
- Lead from the front and thrive in a demanding fast-paced environment
