Job Summary

Job Description:

The Logistics Specialist at Au Natural Organics is responsible for coordinating and optimizing the movement storage and distribution of organic care products. This critical role ensures timely deliveries cost-effective transportation compliance with organic and sustainability standards and seamless coordination between suppliers manufacturers warehouses and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments of organic care products
Ensure compliance with organic certification sustainability standards and local/international shipping regulations
Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages or overstock
Prepare and maintain shipping documentation including invoices packing lists and customs paperwork
Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
Resolve shipping delays damages or discrepancies in a timely manner
Collaborate with procurement production sales and customer service teams to meet delivery timelines
Support sustainability initiatives such as eco-friendly packaging and reduced carbon footprint logistics
Maintain accurate records and generate logistics and performance reports

Qualifications:

1 years of experience in logistics supply chain or transportation (experience in organic food or personal care industries preferred)
Knowledge of domestic and international shipping regulations and documentation
Familiarity with organic certification standards and sustainable supply chain practices is a plus
Proficiency in ERP systems inventory management software and Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational problem-solving and communication skills
