Position Summary

The Physical Therapy Motion Analysis Lab at Rosalind Franklin University has an opening for a full-time Postdoctoral Research Associate to help lead projects in rehabilitation engineering and biomechanics. Lead ongoing and future research projects.
Develop novel interventions for neurorehabilitation or fall prevention.
Lead manuscript writing and assist with grant writing.
Supervise lab interns and work-study students.

Conditions of Employment

Required Education & Experience

Ph.D. in engineering biomechanics rehabilitation science or related field.

Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities

Technical skills in motion analysis programming (MATLAB C or Python) and musculoskeletal modeling (OpenSim).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Research experience in balance wearable sensors or machine learning.
Experience in system design or robotics.
