Job Summary

About the Role:

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who is eager to learn and grow within a collaborative engineering this role to build you will work with other engineers to maintain and improve backend services that support our products.

What You Will Do:

Design develop test and maintain backend services and front-end applications to ensure secure efficient solutions.
Write clean reusable code following best practices for both backend and front-end development.
Collaborate with product managers and QAs to implement new features and enhance user experience.
Optimize database queries and manage data storage for seamless functionality.
Manage containerized backend applications and CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments.
Contribute to product development participate in code reviews and help shape the apps roadmap.
Troubleshoot and resolve backend and front-end issues to ensure smooth functionality.

What We Are Looking For:

3 years of experience in full stack development focusing on backend and front-end.
Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Good understanding of system design microservices and clean coding principles for both backend and front-end.
Experience with at least one backend framework (e.g. Golang Python Ruby) and front-end technologies (e.g. React Vue).
Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL) and caching (like Redis).
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS Google Cloud Azure) for scalable backend services and app performance.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects

Nice to Have:

Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes)
Familiarity with continuous delivery tools (like ArgoCD)
Experience with observability tools (like DataDog)
Experience in performance monitoring and profiling
Experience participating in design reviews or technical planning
