What this job involves:

We are seeking an experienced graphic designer to work closely with the JLL business/service lines. The designer will be required to design and develop materials to support business teams and candidate who can create visual communications to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner. This incorporates several tasks and responsibilities. Emphasis will be on designing customized research reports and other collateral.

He/she must understand the strategy audience and objectives behind complex design projects provide appropriate solutions with minimal art direction and work with a variety of team contributors including marketers and various levels of management. Graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this one is required to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team wed like to meet you.

Job Responsibilities

1. Technical Mastery: Deliver high-quality motion graphics video editing and real estate visuals (Brochure to video property marketing videos GIFs) that effectively communicate brand messages.

2. Creative Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to brainstorm innovative concepts and establish clear creative direction for all projects.

3. Multi-Project Management: Successfully manage multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining quality standards and meeting tight deadlines.

4. Team Mentorship: Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members while remaining open to stakeholder input for continuous improvement.

5. Brand Consistency: Ensure integrated brand perception across all visual communications through collaborative design processes.

6. Industry Leadership: Stay current with latest visual design trends technologies and best practices for social and digital platforms.

7. Stakeholder Communication: Translate business requirements into visually enticing easy-to-understand and emotionally impactful designs.

8. Quality Assurance: Implement systematic review processes to ensure all deliverables meet high standards before client delivery.

9. Professional Growth: Demonstrate strong work ethics self-management and resourcefulness while navigating obstacles to bring projects to successful completion.

Key skills and experience

• A high level of proficiency using Adobe Suite including Adobe after effect adobe premiere pro and Illustrator. Knowledge of video creation/animations using AI tools like Descript synthesia etc.

• BS/MS degree visual communications Graphic Design Art school

• 8 10 years of experience

• Experience of working in a Marketing/ Communications agency set up
  
  

Skills and knowledge

• A high level of proficiency using Adobe Suite including After Effects adobe premiere pro and Illustrator. InDesign and Photoshop is a plus.

• Ideal candidate will be adaptable to new tools as per business requirement
  
  

Communication skills

• Ability to effectively communicate concepts and ideas to others through written drawn and verbal means.

• Prior experience of work with global and international clients is preferred.

Time management

• Detail-oriented organized with problem solving approach and should be able to manage multiple projects and simultaneously while maintaining accuracy

Team player

Must be a self-starter but also a team player with the ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced matrix and customer service-oriented environment
