Job Summary
We are delighted to invite applications for a Year 2 Teacher to join our welcoming and inclusive primary school community in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and dedicated teacher to make a meaningful difference to pupils at a crucial stage in Key Stage 1.

As a Year 2 teacher you will deliver high-quality lessons across all areas of the curriculum ensuring that learning is engaging inclusive and accessible to all pupils. You will create a supportive classroom environment where children feel confident to explore ask questions and develop a love of learning.
Differentiation and inclusion will be central to your role ensuring that all pupils including those with SEND and EAL can access learning and achieve their potential. You will work closely with colleagues parents and the wider school community to provide a holistic and nurturing approach to education.
You will:
Plan and deliver engaging high-quality lessons across the Year 2 curriculum
Create a safe nurturing and stimulating learning environment
Support pupils academic social and emotional development
Use assessment to monitor progress and inform planning
Build strong relationships with pupils families and colleagues
