Key Responsibilities:
Analyze manufacturing processes through data collection measurements and performance monitoring.
Execute process improvements to increase productivity reduce scrap and minimize material losses.
Develop and maintain process documentation operating instructions and best practices.
Support new product introduction (NPI) and continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct process tests upgrades and validations of production systems.
Track and follow up on KPIs related to quality efficiency and output.
Collaborate with quality engineering maintenance and production teams to resolve manufacturing and customer quality issues.
Participate in manufacturing projects internal and external audits.
Provide process-related training and technical support to production operators.
Ensure compliance with company standards EHS regulations and applicable industry requirements.
Skills Qualifications and Experience Required:
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Process Mechanical Electrical Chemical or related field)
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial environment
Experience in battery automotive electronics or high-volume production is a strong advantage
Advanced proficiency in English is essential.
Chinese will be an added advantage.
Strong MS Excel skills; experience with manufacturing systems is a plus
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and a proactive improvement-driven mindset
