We are supporting a well-established international manufacturing company operating in the amusement ride industry in the search for a Spare Parts Sales Specialist to join its North American operations.
This role sits at the intersection of sales operations customer service logistics and technical coordination offering exposure to international teams and complex industrial products.
Key Responsibilities
Manage spare parts sales operations including quotations order entry fulfillment and customer support
Read and interpret schematic drawings blueprints and bills of materials to identify correct parts
Collaborate with engineering and international teams to resolve discrepancies and improve workflows
Oversee order fulfillment and inventory levels to ensure on-time accurate delivery
Coordinate domestic and international shipments (UPS FedEx DHL freight forwarders trucking companies)
Support billing and receivables including pricing invoicing credit memos and collections
Requirements
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactive hands-on problem-solving attitude; ability to multitask
Technical background or strong technical aptitude is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 ERP systems and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
Italian language is a plus not required
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $60000 $65000 per year
Employment Type: Full-time Exempt position (overtime pay not applicable)
Paid Holidays: 10 paid company holidays per year
Paid Time Off (PTO): 10 days per year accrued in accordance with company policy
Sick / Personal Days: Up to 6 days per year in accordance with company policy
