- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems software and hardware.
- Respond to queries either in person via email or over the phone promptly and professionally.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues including account setup and network configuration.
- Install modify and repair computer hardware and software as required.
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in a helpdesk or technical support role preferably within a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems as well as common office software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide clear and effective support to users at all levels of technical proficiency.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
