Job Summary

Job Title: Assistant Manager - Contracts
Location: Delhi

Job Overview:
The Assistant Manager – Contracts will support the end-to-end lifecycle management of commercial
agreements including drafting reviewing coordinating approvals and maintaining contract
documentation. The role works closely with internal business teams legal and customers to ensure
contracts are accurate compliant and aligned with organizational policies. The position also supports bid
preparation tender submissions and contract execution while ensuring timely delivery and effective risk
mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft review and negotiate commercial contracts agreements amendments and related
documents.
• Coordinate internal approvals and ensure adherence to organizational policies and legal
requirements.
• Support bid preparation tender documentation and submission processes.
• Assist in contract execution tracking milestones deliverables and compliance obligations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records documentation and databases.
• Identify contractual risks and issues and work with stakeholders to resolve them proactively.
• Liaise with business teams legal counsel customers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth
contract management.
• Ensure timely closure of contracts and support ongoing contract administration activities.
Requirements
• Strong contract drafting and review skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Legal and compliance awareness
• Effective coordination and stakeholder management
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective time management and ability to multitask
• Problem-solving mindset with risk awareness
• 4–5 years of experience in contracts legal or commercial functions.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in law
