Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

Plan manage and supervise ACMV/HVAC works on-site from commencement to completion.

Coordinate with consultants main contractors subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of works.

Review and ensure compliance with approved drawings method statements and technical specifications.

Monitor project progress manpower deployment and work schedules to meet project timelines.

Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship quality and compliance with safety regulations.

Resolve site issues technical problems and discrepancies promptly.

Manage testing commissioning and handover of ACMV/HVAC systems.

Prepare and submit progress reports site records and documentation.

Attend site meetings and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering preferred

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ACMV/HVAC project management.

Strong knowledge of ACMV/HVAC systems installation methods and local codes.

Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.

Familiar with BCA WSH and relevant Singapore standards.

Good leadership communication and problem-solving skills.

Able to work odd hours (if necessary)

Working hours:

Mon to Fri 8:30am to 5:45pm

Alt. Sat 8:30am to 12:30pm
