Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Job Title: Power BI Developer

Location: Portugal

Work Regime: Full-time & Remote (must be located in Portugal)

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Design develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
Build and optimize data models using DAX and Power Query (M) for accurate and high-performance analytics.
Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure secure and controlled access to data.
Manage and deploy reports in Power BI Service ensuring proper governance and version control.
Integrate data sources from Microsoft Fabric including Lakehouse and Warehouse for unified reporting.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements translate them into technical solutions and deliver timely insights.
Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting of data models and reports.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by implementing best practices and documentation for reporting processes.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

Data modeling and creation of interactive reports.
Proficient in DAX and Power Query (M).
Implementation of Row-Level Security (RLS).
Experience with Power BI Service (Cloud version).
Connectivity with Lakehouse and Warehouse in Fabric.
Development of Semantic Models for corporate reporting.
Governance and performance optimization in Fabric environments.
Basic knowledge of CI/CD for Power BI.
PL-300 (Must have)
DP-600 (Must have)
English (C1)

Complementary Requirements:

DP-700 (Plus)
Experience in banking or insurance sectors.
Experience in Agile methodologies.
