Location: LisbonPorto or Fundão Portugal

Only candidates already basedin Portugal will be considered

Work Model: Hybrid 2 days per week in the office and 3 days working remotely

Role Overview

As a GoLang Developer you will contribute to thedevelopment of scalable backend microservices while also focusing on automatedtesting and system performance.

You will work closely with development QA and DevOpsteams ensuring the delivery of high-quality reliable and well-testedsoftware solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend microservices using Go (Golang).
• Create and maintain automated tests using Python to ensure application reliability.
• Collaborate with the QA team to improve software quality and testing coverage.
• Manage and optimize NoSQL databases (especially Cassandra) and SQL-based databases.
• Contribute to the configuration and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
• Support performance testing activities when needed.
• Participate in the evolution and optimization of microservices-based architectures.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Robot Framework for automated testing
• Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter
• Previous experience working in large-scale or enterprise systems
