Job Summary

Job Summary:

As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for engaging with customers understanding their needs and presenting our products to optimize sales. You will play a vital role in achieving our sales targets and driving growth while building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services to communicate their benefits to customers effectively.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking referrals and cold calling.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and pipeline management using CRM software.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales preferably in specific industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.



  • Required Skills:
