This is a remote position.
We are seeking a highly experienced proactive Transaction Coordinator to support the acquisitions team throughout the full commercial real estate transaction lifecycle. This role coordinates due diligence lender requirements title and closing logistics to ensure high-value deals close on track and on time.
Ideal for self-motivated checklist-driven professionals who thrive as the backbone of transactions and are comfortable with US working hours for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Track transaction milestones and deadlines from PSA execution through closing
Maintain detailed closing checklists and ensure timely completion
Proactively follow up with internal teams and third parties to avoid delays
Escalate risks or delays to the Transaction Manager immediately
Order and track third-party reports (PCA Phase I surveys appraisals)
Manage lender due diligence items and conditions
Coordinate inspections and site visits
Maintain organized digital folders
Track executed agreements amendments and notices

Pay Range: 8-10 LPA
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA certification preferred. Yardi Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Yardi software in a real estate or property management setting demonstrating advanced proficiency. Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of GAAP financial analysis and reporting principles within the commercial real estate industry. Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities with a detail-oriented approach proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting. Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Previous leadership or mentoring experience is a plus. Qualifications: degree with minimum 2-3 years of corporate experience preferably from reputed companies
