Role Summary:
Responsible for managing online communities handling social media platforms engaging with audiences and supporting digital marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow communities across platforms (Facebook Instagram WhatsApp YouTube Telegram etc.).
Respond to comments messages and queries promptly.
Plan and post content on social media channels.
Coordinate with design/content teams for creatives and campaigns.
Track engagement insights and platform performance.
Maintain consistent brand communication.
Skills Required:
0-1 years of experience in social media or community management.
Strong communication skills and quick responsiveness.
Good understanding of major social media platforms.
Basic analytics knowledge (Meta Suite YouTube Studio etc.).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic Canva skills.
