Job Summary
- Experience with Credit / Capital Calculation Engines / QRM / Market risk technology implementation.
- Familiarity with Axiom for capital reporting
- 7-10 years of experience in capital management technology treasury systems or related financial services roles
- Translate capital management business rules and data into detailed technology requirements mappings and controls including requirement traceability matrices.
- Proficiency in creating data/process flows and maintaining governance artifacts.
- Solid foundational understanding of financial products
- Experience & proven ability to translate business rules into technology requirements and maintain traceability.
- Strong experience with SQL and data analysis across large datasets.
- Author user stories and acceptance criteria using JIRA and Confluence.
- Develop and maintain data lineage catalogs and control documentation to ensure transparency compliance and audit readiness.
- Prepare test cases and plans; lead triage and QA activities to validate data and system integrity.
- Conduct data discovery and profiling for critical capital data sources to ensure completeness accuracy and quality.
- Perform hands-on work with data platforms integration processes and testing methodologies.
- Create data and process flows using Visio Confluence and similar tools.
- Utilize SQL for analysis across large datasets and demonstrate understanding of big-data concepts.
- Maintain a strong foundational understanding of financial products and their impact on capital management.
