What you will do:
- Call customers from prior day for quality check
- Call maintenance customers and schedule visits
- Call on customer list to offer promotions
- Follow up on reviews positive and negative
- General inbound customer service
What you bring:
- Customer Service/Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
- Service Titan experience is a plus
- Strong attention to details
- Conscientious team player
- Desire to help serve customers
- Honesty integrity quality craftsmanship and a good attitude
- Clear background check and drug screen
- Must be 18 or older
Schedule:
- Friday - Monday 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM; Friday & Monday in office Saturday & Sunday remote
- Training will be 2 weeks Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
Pay Range:
- $18-$22/hr with additional opportunities via SPIFFS
