Job Summary

WHO YOULL WORK WITH

As an Assistant to a Senior Director you will play a key role in enabling leadership effectiveness and representing Nike with professionalism. Youll help ensure the Senior Directors time is optimized while fostering strong connections across the Leadership Team employees and external Nike partners.
You will be a visible trusted point of contact who helps keep the team organized aligned and moving forward.

WHAT YOULL WORK ON

As an Assistant you will manage a broad range of responsibilities that keep the Senior Director and team operating smoothly. Key tasks include:

  • Managing complex calendars and expenses
  • Ensuring consistent and proactive communication between the Senior Director and Leadership Teams across EMEA and Global
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Being a visible onthefloor contact for your manager team and stakeholders
  • Building and maintaining a strong collaborative network across teams and counterparts
  • Coordinating meetings travel and logistics for the Senior Director
  • Supporting event management for Sales events (e.g. Retailer Alliance GotoMarket meetings)
  • Managing Purchase Orders
  • Tracking travel org charts and FTO
  • Providing backup support for other Assistants including functional teams
  • Ensuring timely information sharing across topics such as apps training and tools
  • Occasional travel for meetings and offsites
