Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Engineering Manager to lead end-to-end technology delivery and manage cross-functional engineering teams. The role requires strong hands-on technical expertise across multiple tech stacks along with proven people and delivery management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage engineering teams across multiple technologies
- Own end-to-end SDLC, architecture, and technical delivery
- Drive system design, code reviews, and best engineering practices
- Collaborate with product and business stakeholders
- Mentor senior engineers and ensure timely, high-quality releases
Required Skills
- 20–23 years of overall IT experience
- Strong Full Stack exposure (Java / .NET / Node / Python; Angular / React)
- Experience with Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP), Microservices, APIs
- Knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and Agile experience
