BMS Service Sales Executive

Scope:

Control Solutions Group an EMCOR Group company is seeking a highly motivated BMS Service Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales for our Building Management System Service Department. As a Service Sales Executive under the direction of the Service Manager you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers to identify the scope of work provide solutions and close sales. Familiarity with controls BMS BAS DDC Building Automation Building Management EPMS and Energy Management Systems are preferred

• B.S. in Mechanical Electrical Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years previous sales experience and a proven track record of sales success in Building Management Systems or Control Systems integration and EPMS in mission critical and commercial facilities.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office Word Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Visio and/or AutoCAD a plus.
• Knowledge of CRM and Bid Tracer a plus.
• BACnet Control Systems Sales experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Minimum 3-5 years field experience in the HVAC controls industry including DDC Systems commissioning software integration operation service retrofit and calibration.
• Extensive knowledge of networking protocols hardware configuration management security and diagnostics

Compensation Range: 80K to 140K depending on experience commission
