• Lead and manage multiple HVAC MEP projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with internal teams clients and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their needs resolve issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop project scopes budgets and timelines. Oversee cost estimates procurement and project scheduling.
• Mentor and lead project teams fostering a collaborative environment that encourages accountability and excellence.
• Troubleshoot issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Take proactive steps to mitigate risks and maintain smooth operations.
• Ensure all project documentation including plans contracts and reports is accurate and up-to-date.
• Ensure that all projects are executed in compliance with safety standards and company policies. Uphold the highest quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC/MEP industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Project). Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
• Strong communicator organized and a problem-solver.
• Proven leadership experience with a collaborative approach that drives results.
• Strong interpersonal and client relations skills with a proactive approach to customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities.

Competitive Salary

$130000 - $150000 per year based on experience.
