Overview
Seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of fixed-bid milestone-driven projects under an MSA. This role requires strong ownership of scope schedule risks and client communication along with close collaboration with architects tech leads engineering teams and stakeholders. Experience in AI/ML Salesforce cloud-native systems or workflow automation is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Own end-to-end delivery aligned with SOW/MSA ensuring milestones and acceptance criteria are met.
• Drive planning sprint execution backlog management and releases across engineering QA and architecture teams.
• Control scope change requests dependencies risks and timelines.
• Ensure quality compliance and documentation standards.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as primary client contact for delivery risks and escalations.
• Lead status meetings milestone reviews and executive updates.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and drive UAT planning and sign-off.

Technical Coordination

• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Tech Leads to translate requirements into execution plans.
• Understand architecture integrations and dependencies to mitigate risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (AI/ML backend SFMC DSL QA DevOps cloud).

Governance & Process

• Maintain RAID logs risk mitigation plans and governance artifacts.
• Ensure compliance with MSA SOW SLAs and change control.
• Drive Agile/Scrum practices SDLC adherence QA security and DevOps alignment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10 years in IT project management; 5 years in fixed-bid/outcome-based delivery.
• Experience with cloud AI/ML Salesforce or workflow automation projects.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering architecture and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with cross-functional teams (Dev QA DevOps AI/Data).
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum JIRA Confluence RAID tracking and project reporting.
• Strong SOW/MSA management scope control and stakeholder communication.

Preferred

• Experience with Salesforce (SFMC Sales/Service Cloud) AI/ML DSL automation.
• PMP CSM SAFe certifications.
• IT services/consulting background; multi-vendor and offshore delivery experience.
