Job Summary
Coordinate with hiring managers through the talent experience
advisors to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria.
Plan recruitment and selection procedures including job posting
screening calls assessment and in-person interviews with
stakeholders ensuring a seamless recruitment process
Manage posting of job vacancies at the best performing recruitment
channels (responsiveness quality and costs)
Build and maintain a robust database of qualified candidates for
current and future workforce needs
Explore new recruitment channels and give recommendations to
Resourcing Manager.
Conducts interviews and assesses candidates skill experience and
cultural fit.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate
information
Assist in employer branding initiatives such as attending career fairs
social media awareness and employee testimonials.
Updating database of new and expected resumptions.
Report the progress on assigned job vacancies on the regular basis
communicates early warnings and provide the regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process
A Minimum of /HND in Social Sciences or
other related courses.
Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in an FMCG Industry is a MUST
Knowledge of HR practices procedures and principles
Understanding of labor law regulations.
Knowledge of ExcelAI Tools and Applicant Tracking System
Candidate Sourcing Assessment & Negotiation skills
