Job Summary
Havel is seeking a Project Manager to lead the installation and commissioning of Temperature Controls systems across data center projects. Youll oversee all phases of project executionfrom engineering and programming to installation and closeoutensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and on budget.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute control system implementation plans tailored to client needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineers programmers and installers.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients contractors and internal teams.
- Manage project documentation RFIs change orders and field surveys.
- Support technical troubleshooting and commissioning efforts.
- Ensure compliance with budget and schedule targets.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience managing HVAC or control system installations.
- Strong understanding of HVAC and hydronic systems.
- Excellent communication organization and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word Excel PowerPoint Visio).
- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed.
- Regular and reliable attendance including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.

Geographic Disclosure
Compensation: $90000 - $120000 annual salary
Other Pay: eligible for annual bonus
