  Ideal Background
  
  
  • 5 years managing field service operations (commercial cleaning restoration HVAC facilities services franchise operations)
  • Experience scaling service businesses or managing multi-location operations
  • Direct P&L responsibility or GM-level accountability
  • Strong people management skills with diverse hourly workforce
  • Valid drivers license; will travel between VA and MD locations
  • Military NCO or officer background with decentralized operations experience is a plus
