Participate in release management flow: applications setup update configuration changes
Handle production problems and incidents
Process internal and external customers requests and issues
Handle production system monitoring (alerting dashboards)
Ensure services SLO meets target
Participate in 247 shift on-call rotation for critical production issues handling

Qualifications :

Components for success. You...

Have 2 years of experience in L2 production application support
Possess good Linux knowledge and handson experience
Have Kubernetes basics
Understand network communications and protocols including HTTP(S) WebSocket TCP/IP DNS firewalls and load balancing
Bring strong troubleshooting and investigation skills
Understand monitoring principles alerting performance and healthiness metrics
Have handson experience with visualization tools such as Kibana and Grafana
Have experience using CI/CD tools and processes including Git Jenkins and Argo CD
Possess intermediate English proficiency or higher

MongoDB support experience
Experience of Terraform usage
Programming/scripting on one of programming languages
