Minimum Requirements- 35 years HR admin experience
- Solid MS Excel and HR compliance knowledge
- Sage 300 People expertise (HRIS & workflows)
- Experience in data integrity risk controls and compliance
- Familiarity with MIE system (advantage)
- Ability to support performance management
Competencies:
- High ownership and accuracy; deadline-driven with strong follow-through.
- Problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Confidentiality discretion and strong stakeholder communication.
- High attention to detail & strong process knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain quality.
